We collect information you provide voluntarily during Discovery Sessions, our 9-Dimension Wellness Assessment, Client Portal journal entries, and secure messaging with coaches.
2. How Your Data Is Protected
All client records are stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases utilizing 256-bit SSL encryption both in transit and at rest. We never sell, lease, or share client health data with third-party advertisers or insurance aggregators.
3. Your Sovereign Rights
You maintain full ownership of your personal health data. At any point, you may request a complete export of your journal entries, assessment scorecards, and appointment history, or request permanent deletion from our systems.
